Aurora is one of Jackson Hole's fine dining destinations. At this price point, expect polished service, an extensive wine program, and the kind of attention to detail that makes special occasions memorable. Reservations are strongly recommended, especially during ski season (December-March) and peak summer (July-August).

Reservations: Aurora accepts (and recommends) reservations. During peak season, booking 1-2 weeks ahead is advisable for popular times like Friday and Saturday dinner. For last-minute visits, try calling the day of—cancellations happen, and the host can often accommodate walk-ins at off-peak times.
