Pinky G's opened in Jackson Hole in 2011 and has since grown into a four-location chain stretching from Wyoming into Idaho, Montana, and Oregon, but the original Jackson shop is still the flagship — 50 W Broadway, in Pink Garter Plaza just west of Town Square, with the Pink Garter Theater running concerts and events upstairs. The pizzeria got a national boost in 2014 when Guy Fieri featured it on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, and later came back for a return visit; the show's legacy shows up directly on the menu in a pizza called Guy's Pie — shredded mozzarella, ricotta, blue cheese crumbles, roasted chicken, and shredded pepperoni, finished with blue cheese dressing and Frank's Hot Sauce. The rest of the specialty pizza list runs hand-tossed and loaded: the Abe Froman (marinara, mozzarella, Italian sausage, fresh mozzarella, basil) is described as the most popular pie on the menu; the Godzilla stacks Italian sausage, pepperoni, ham, and hand-made meatballs; the Funky Chicken goes with basil pesto, ricotta, roasted chicken, artichoke hearts, and red onion; and the Flyin' Hawaiian pairs pineapple and ham with fresh jalapeños for a spicier take on the classic. There's a straightforward Margherita with fresh tomato, basil, and buffalo mozzarella, a Meatball Parm built on a double layer of marinara, and a Powder Hound with four cheeses and fresh basil. Beyond pizza, the menu includes garlic cheese bread, fried mozzarella, beer-battered fries, fried chicken tenders, calzones, and a small salad list — Caesar, Greek, and house, each available with added chicken. Pizzas come in 12-inch and 18-inch sizes, with prices in the low-to-mid $20s for the smaller size. The Jackson location is open Sunday through Wednesday from 11am to 10pm, and stays open later Thursday through Saturday, 11am to 1:30am — late enough to catch the bar crowd after a show at the Pink Garter Theater upstairs. It offers dine-in, takeout, delivery, and a food truck for catering, with online ordering through Toast.
