Upscale chalet-style dining at the Sweetwater Gondola mid-station. Features locally sourced ingredients and stunning mountain views. Open daily 11 AM-4 PM with après 2:30-4 PM. Opened December 2024.

Located in Teton Village at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, Trapper's is convenient for skiers and summer visitors staying on the mountain. The Village is about 12 miles from downtown Jackson, so dining here means avoiding the drive back to town—a real plus after a long day on the slopes. Keep in mind that Village restaurants can be busier (and pricier) during ski season.

Reservations: Trapper's accepts (and recommends) reservations. During peak season, booking 1-2 weeks ahead is advisable for popular times like Friday and Saturday dinner. For last-minute visits, try calling the day of—cancellations happen, and the host can often accommodate walk-ins at off-peak times.
